Yet, many health professionals face barriers to adoption due to limited digital literacy, fragmented training opportunities, and a lack of standardized capacity-building approaches.

Across Africa, NGOs, governments, and public health implementers face a familiar challenge: Finding the right expertise quickly, reliably, and affordably can be slow, costly, and administratively complex. Traditional procurement processes can take weeks or months. Meanwhile, many skilled professionals, especially those affected by development aid funding cuts, are left underutilised, even though their expertise is needed urgently.
